It's a high-end model,upgraded from the well-known brand Probat. Designed and improved by former Probat engineers. So it won’t be surprised to find the internal structure, and most parts are the same as Probat.  even the mixing blade angle inside the drum, 38 degrees, and tumbling rate is the same as Probat's.  

So in a sense you can say it's a Probat roaster. 

It can roast maximum 3.3kg per batch, roasting time is 12-15 minutes after preheated, you can roast 3-4 batches for each hour,therefore, you can roast 9-12kg per hour.

The data logging module is pre-installed on the roaster, compatible with most of logging softwares, eg.Artisan

It has both USB and Bluetooth options to connect computer to the roaster.

The Artisan installation package comes with the roaster, freely to install it on your computer.
